Erika Piper
Mrs. Piper is Head of School and the Elementary School Principal. She has her Bachelor of Arts in Health Education, her California Teaching credential, California Administrative Services credential and her ACSI Administrator Certificate. Her graduate work is in Curriculum and Instruction. She has been in education since 1998 and has been with Redding Christian School since 2008.

Kevin Fry
Mr. Fry is the MS/HS Principal. He holds an ACSI all-levels Principal license and Administrative credential. He has been a public and private school administrator for over 30 years. Raised in Oregon he has served in Oregon, Guatemala, Maryland and Pennsylvania. Mr. Fry joined the RCS team in 2023.

Gerald Piper
Mr. Piper is the school’s Athletic Director and teaches weight training and health. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies from Shasta Bible College, a Bachelor of Arts from Simpson University and his ACSI Certification. He is also our head Football coah. He has been with Redding Christian since 2008.

Kaylene Tate
Kaylene is the Office Manager for Redding Christian School She has been a part of the team since 2005. She supports both Administration and Staff as well as running our Scrip gift card program.

Mrs. Darrah is our secretary and school registrar. She has been with Redding Christian School since 2014.

Angie Henderson
Mrs. Henderson is the school’s Finance Manager. She puts her gifts of administration to good use. She has been with RCS since December 2017.

Lauren Mauldin
Lauren joined the Office Team in 2023 as our new Admissions Director. She previously served in the classrooms both as a Teacher’s Aide, Yard Duty and Elementary Music Teacher. She has happily been a part of the amazing team here at RCS since 2021.

Nicole Sprague
Mrs. Sprague is one of our Office Secretaries and Elementry Aides. Nicole moved back to her hometown of Redding 7 years ago after her family served as missionaries in India. She currently divides her time between the office and elementary classrooms. She has been a part of Redding Christian since 2017 and loves building relationships and making the kids feel loved, but most importantly encouraging their relationship with Jesus!
