We are excited for the opportunity to focus together on our new theme: “YES! and Amen.”

The theme really feels like a natural continuation of last year’s theme. We spent the year rooted in the beautiful truth that we love BECAUSE HE FIRST LOVED US. That theme reminded us that all genuine love, service, and kingdom impact begins—not with our effort—but with God’s initiating love for us. Now, we are building on that foundation by holding tightly to the promises of God, which flow from that same heart of covenant love.

What a great opportunity we have in the coming year to partner with the Holy Spirit in anchoring our students, families, and faculty in the unshakable truth that every promise of God is “Yes!” in Christ. In addition to teaching these promises, we can carry out this theme by consistently and intentionally praying them over our students—aligning our hearts with God’s will, covering our classrooms in truth, and sowing seeds of faith for both the known and the unknown. Each promise we teach and pray is a declaration that we believe He is who He says He is, and that He will do what He has said. He is a promise keeper! These promises speak identity, peace, guidance, purpose, and hope over our students and over us.

Looking ahead, these promises are also laying the groundwork for what God is building beyond this year. Our eventual move into a new season, a new space, and a new work will not be built on our hopes and dreams, but on God’s promises fulfilled in Christ — our firm foundation.

What a privilege to partner together this coming year to teach boldly, pray faithfully, and speak Amen with expectation because we serve a God whose promises never fail.
