Redding Christian is a Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade school in the greater Redding area. RCS is committed to providing Christ-centered education, which challenges students to develop a life-long love of learning, to grow in their faith, and to respond to God’s call of service to their families, community, and the world. Our high school is a discipleship high school, and all students must make an application, which includes a profession of faith.
The employment of staff at Redding Christian School is clearly one of the most significant responsibilities of its administration. In order to maintain the mission of education at RCS, we are seeking men and women whom we believe God has called to serve in the educational programs and services of the school. Preschool Teacher Aide We are seeking a Preschool Teacher Aide with a passion for Christian education and a Christian worldview, who has 6 to 12 ECE units. This position is up to 30 hours for the 2025-2026 school year. Please complete the current application here.

Parra Professional We are seeking a Parra Professional with a passion for Christian education and a Christian worldview; specifically working one-on-one or in small groups of student/s with ASD. This position is up to 20 hours per week. Please complete the current application here.
High School English Teacher We are seeking a High School teacher who has a passion for Christian education; specifically teaching High School English with a Christian worldview. The position is either full-time or part-time. An undergraduate degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. Current state or ACSI teaching credential/license preferred. High School Math Teacher We are seeking a High School teacher who has a passion for Christian education, specifically teaching Mathematics with a Christian worldview. The current full-time opening could include teaching sections of Calculus, Pre-Calculus, Geometry, and/or Algebra. An undergraduate degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
