In order to ensure the highest level of safety during our drop-off and pick-up times, we are providing you with a visual diagram of the traffic pattern to follow.
CURB SIDE DROP OFF: If you plan on dropping your children off at the curb, stay in the right hand lane closest to the curb and pull all the way forward toward the crosswalk before allowing your student to exit the vehicle. Please do not let them exit on the driver’s side. To exit after curbside drop off, please proceed and exit through the Chrysalis entrance/exit. Be sure to stop at the sign at the edge of the cones before pulling in front of any oncoming traffic for Chrysalis. Parents must turn right on Old 44 when exiting from the Chrysalis entrance/exit.
PARKING AND WALKING IN: If you plan on parking and walking your children to class, stay in the left lane for thru traffic. Please wait at the designated crosswalk for a staff member to stop traffic and allow you to proceed.
ELEMENTARY PICKUP: Teachers will be along the curb to come to your vehicle and ask your students’ name and which teacher they have. They will communicate with staff via walkie talkie to have your student come out and connect with you. They may ask you to pull forward until your student arrives. We appreciate everyone’s patience as we learn family vehicles!
Dismissal Times:
Pre-K PM: 2:45pm
Kindergarten: 2:30pm
1st – 5th grades: 2:45pm
6th – 8th grades: 3:00pm
9th – 12th grades: 3:00pm
AFTERCARE IS AVAILABLE for Kindergarten through 5th grades until 5:30pm located in Room I
FOR EVERYONE: Please drive slowly when entering and exiting our parking lot. This is a great time to remind your student driver as well. We ask that you comply with our traffic directors in pulling forward and keeping the line moving.
